N.S Mather Ph.D.

I am a writer, professor and lecturer in philosophy and religious studies, podcaster, and co-founder of Rebel Spirit. My area of specialty includes environmental ethics, religion and ecology, history of religions, virtue theory,  American religious and philosophical traditions, and comparative religion and mysticism.

I hold a Ph.D in Philosophy and Religion from the California Institute of Integral Studies. I have an MA in Religious Studies from the University of Denver and a BA in Philosophy from Metropolitan State in Denver.
